Expert Home Exterior Consultation in Montgomery County, IN

A home exterior consultation with AZ Installers gives Montgomery County homeowners a clear picture of what their property needs before any work begins. We walk your home's full exterior, looking at siding, roofing, gutters, windows, doors, trim, and caulk joints. Montgomery County's climate puts real stress on home exteriors. Freeze-thaw cycles through winter, humid summers, and seasonal storms expose weak points in older materials and aging caulk lines. A significant share of the county's housing stock was built between 1960 and 1990, meaning many homes are working with exterior systems that are well past their expected service life. During your consultation, we document what we find, explain what each issue means for your home, and walk you through your options. You leave with a written scope of work, not a vague estimate. If you are ready to move forward with exterior improvements in Montgomery County, contact AZ Installers to schedule your consultation.

Home Exterior Consultation FAQ

Common questions about home exterior consultation in Montgomery County, IN.

We inspect your siding, roofing, gutters, windows, doors, trim, and caulk joints from the ground up. Montgomery County homes often show wear at the points where different materials meet, so we pay close attention to those transitions.

No, you do not need to know what is wrong before calling AZ Installers. Many Montgomery County homeowners book a consultation simply because their home is aging and they want to know where things stand.

Yes, visible damage from the street is often the last sign of a problem, not the first. Issues like failing caulk, soft trim boards, and gutter separation are easy to miss until water has already reached the wall cavity.

A consultation documents the full condition of your exterior and explains what each finding means for your home. You get a clear scope of work, not just a number attached to a single job.

Yes, we walk you through findings by risk level so you can address the most urgent issues first. Montgomery County's seasonal weather means some problems, like open caulk joints and damaged gutters, can worsen quickly if left unaddressed.

Yes, older Montgomery County homes built before the 1990s often have exterior systems that were installed before modern weatherproofing standards, so we look closely at areas where those older materials are most likely to fail.

5 is the best rating i can give but 10 out of 5 works better for me. Angel came to the house measured and the price was 10k less that my first two bids. Windows came in and he was able to install that week. In two days he had all windows done and trimmed out. They do the house wonders. No mess left at all when job was complete!

I just had brand new windows installed by AZ Installers Window-Doors LLC. I had a couple quotes from the "Big Window companies". I felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen. And their pricing was Insane. I found Angel the owner of AZ Installers windows-Doors LLC working on a house around the corner from my house. We pulled over and talked with him briefly and asked him if he could come over and give us a quote. He came over at the agreed time. Was super respectful about our flooring. Did some great measurements and gave us a fair price. I had a really good feeling about Angel. He kept us updated as the order was being processed for the windows and set an install date as soon as they had shipped. His install took exactly as long as he said. He did a beautiful job installing. He left no mess inside my house or outside. The work that he did around the outside wood trim was amazing the house is old and I'm sure not easy to work with My house is an 1898 Victorian on College Street. I was very nervous about removing the original windows with the wavy glass. But water had been leaking in for some time and it was very cold. Plus most of the windows in the house were not able to be opened. So it was a safety hazard. Angel had some beautiful options to match our original trim inside of the house. We chose the cherry wood windows. As you can see in the picture it matches the trim beautifully. The windows we got have a 30-year warranty transferable. We really love that we were able to give OUR business to a local Crawfordsville Company. When I asked him for his insurance certificates he had them right there in his folder.. I'm just going to say if you live here in Crawfordsville and you need Windows please speak with Angel. You will Not be disappointed. He made the difficult decision to get rid of these original windows one that I will never regret. We were going to get 7 windows but ended up doing 10 and a door.

AZ Installers replaced our patio door after the center pane shattered. They put in a custom door with blinds between the panes of glass. They were prompt and courteous. The new door looks great!

My experience working with Angel Zapata was excellent! He explained the process and cost associated with the job. He maintained communication with me from beginning to end. His prices were very fair and the final fished job to our sunroom was outstanding. I would recommend Angel for any window and or door remodeling project. A pleasure to do business with!
